ABOUT US
Dr. Dimitri Golfinopoulos has been serving the Kansas City area for over 25 years as an Internal Medicine physician.
Dr. Golf, as most call him, graduated summa cum laude from Kansas City School of Medicine and Biosciences. He also holds a degree in Philosophy and Psychology from Central Missouri State University.

As a hospitalist, Dr. Golf realized that hospital readmissions occurred more frequently to those who were unable to leave their home to see their Primary Care Provider (PCP). Dr. Golf began to see patients in their home as their PCP to help prevent hospitalizations and keep patients in their home as long as possible. Thus, House Calls KC was born. Now, with a growing number of providers, we are able to offer in-home and telehealth care to hundreds across the Kansas City Metro area.
OUR SERVICES
House Calls KC offers comprehensive Primary healthcare to home-bound and geriatric patients in the comfort and privacy of their own home. We will either send a provider into the patient's home or communicate via telehealth to help provide optimal in-home care.
Our providers will review the patient's medical history, complete a physical examination, and treat both on-going medical conditions as well as any new conditons that may arise.
We will review and manage medications and medication refills as well as new prescriptions as needed.

We can coordinate home health services such as in-home physical therapy, occupational therapy, wound care, and skilled nursing.
We will work with you and your caregivers on a plan of care and continue to follow-up as necessary.
